First Aid Kit

Our studio is equipped with a First Aid Kit. We keep the kit up-to-date and fully stocked for any emergencies.

In the event that you enter the Werkhaus studio and find exposed blood, bandaids, or potentially harmful substances/items, please contact our team immediately so we can clean up or reschedule your booking.

In order to book a session, you will need a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Refunds

In the event that you are to receive a refund from Werkhaus, please allow up to five (5) business days for your financial institution to process the charge. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. For all payment related questions, please email jane@werkhaus.fit.

Safety and Monitoring

In order to ensure proper safety measures, we’ve installed 3 security cameras in all of our space.

We are not watching live feeds though! Only in the event of accidents or emergencies that our security team may review camera footage. The purpose of these cameras are solely to protect our users and equipment.
