COVID-19 Update

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and all those in our community. Therefore we are keeping our health & safety measures updated so everyone keep a peace of mind.

• Masks are mandatory in all public areas of the building. We do have some fresh new masks at the studio for our guests! For our trainer guests, please wear a face mask at all times when training your client.

• Disinfectant spray, wipes and hand sanitizers are available on-site at the entrance area as well as at the kitchenette. Please apply hand sanitizer upon entrance and to remember to disinfect any equipment used when your session is done.

• Guests should maintain a minimum of 6 feet of distance between themselves, and anyone accompanying them.

• Last but not least - the maximum capacity allowed in our studio is contingent on Ontario’s regulations and updates.
